Source Work runs two Leadership Cohorts a year. Eight leaders. Four months. A space unlike anything most have ever been in, because most professional environments ask you to have it together, and this one asks you to go further than that.

We work on everything you're juggling. Your leadership. Your relationships (professional and personal). Your health, your energy, the version of yourself you bring into every room.

To become the best leader in every aspect of your life, you need to stop compartmentalising each part of you, and start integrating. And the best integration requires witnesses.

Each cohort runs for four months across two intakes per year: February to May, and August to November.
