The Deep Work

  • This is the one-on-one session between you, me, and the work.

What work? Well…you come with an outcome, and the rest we uncover together.

Your outcome can be anything from “I want to be a more present leader” to “I want to unlock the part of me that feels like it doesn’t know what it’s doing”.

Perhaps you want to feel more satisfaction and fulfillment from work and life? Perhaps you want to prioritise your physical health as much as you prioritise your professional responsibilities?

We start where most engagements would usually stop. This goes beneath the strategy, beneath the presenting problem, beneath the version of yourself you bring into every other room.

We find the pattern that keeps running, and we change it.

You will leave with certainty you can act on, decisions that are yours, and a way of leading that doesn't cost you everything to sustain.

This is not coaching. This is not consulting. This is something most people never get access to, because most people never find someone who can hold both.

  • We begin with a single session. Seventy-five minutes, just the two of us. No agenda imposed from the outside, and we go where the work needs to go. By the end, you will know whether this is for you.

Most people continue with a pack of five, six sessions in total including your initial consultation. Enough to go deep, find what's running underneath, and begin to change it at the source. Most clients find themselves somewhere genuinely new by session six.

All sessions are able to be conducted via video call, at a time that works around your life and your responsibilities, however I do offer in-person sessions in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

    • Initial Consultation: 75 minutes, $499

    • Five-session pack: 5 x 45 minutes, $1,200

    • Single follow-up sessions: 45 minutes, $250

  • This practice runs on referral. If you've found your way here, someone who knows us both sent you here, and that matters. So now you take the first step and ask “tell me more”…
