The Source
Most advisors solve the problem. I find the source of it.
I am a woman who has spent 23 years inside businesses. As a COO, a founder, a crisis communicator, a strategic consultant.
I watched a global financial crisis happen from inside the London press office of Lehman Brothers. I built a creator technology app during COVID and watched an entire economy reshape itself in real time. I founded a business, raised millions, and learned what it really costs. I ran a drone manufacturing company and kept a team of engineers and pilots from failing in one of the most highly-regulated industries in the world.
I have sat in the rooms where things fall apart, and I've been in the rooms and sheds where things are being built from scratch.
And through all of it, through every crisis, every rebuild, and every impossible situation, I was navigating the same invisible weight that you might be carrying right now. The mental load. The identity shifts. The version of myself I kept putting last because everything else felt more urgent.
And then I did the deeper work. On myself, for myself.
Two hundred hours of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Hypnosis. The Enneagram. Not because something was broken, but because I wanted to understand what was running underneath. In people. In systems. In me.
What I found changed everything.
I found the version of myself that had been waiting for me to unlock it completely. The one that wasn't performing, managing, or holding everything together for everyone else. The one that knew exactly what she wanted and had simply never been given the space to say it out loud.
And this is what led me to Source Work.
I work with people who are successful by every measure they currently have. They have the degree, or the house, or the partner, or the job, or the body. They have the “thing” they were striving for, the success they were aiming towards. And yet something feels just out of their grasp. And this is when they know there is something deeper, waiting to be unlocked.
This is intelligent depth. It's rigorous, it's real, and it goes where most advisors won't.
I give you the space, without asking you to drop a single thing you’re responsible for.
My name is Cortney Thomson. And this is my life's work. Source Work.
